Jennifer Little-Greer is the Executive Director of the Minority Construction Council. She joined the company in 2016 as the Executive Director. Ms. Little-Greer has spent her career focusing on working with minority business enterprises in the areas of advocacy, development, compliance and mitigating risk. She has expertise in the financial industry and credentialing minority firms in the public and private sectors. Ms. Little-Greer is an active supporter of diversity in the construction industry. She has been awarded the NAACP Trailblazer Award by the New Haven NAACP Youth Council. She is a board member for the following organizations: Hartford Knights, Treasurer and Citizens TV, Recording Secretary.Jennifer Little-Greer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College and is a Certified Compliance Expert with CUNA.
